Tell a prepared conversation from evidence of a responsive interaction.
Inspect the example as an example
Imagine a product page displaying a conversation about choosing a drawing tutorial. The visitor asks a neat question, and the assistant immediately presents three suitable options. That sequence shows the conversation the page chose to display. It does not, by itself, explain whether you are seeing a prepared illustration, a recording of an interaction, or a working interface. Look for an explicit description before assigning the example a technical meaning or treating it as a test of the experience.
Ask what the visitor can actually change
A prepared demonstration may still be useful for explaining an intended workflow. The important distinction is what you can observe beyond the prepared path. Can a visitor enter a different question, revise a preference, or inspect the source of a suggestion in an authorized demo? Those are questions to investigate, not features to assume. In the tutorial example, a meaningful variation would change the desired skill level while keeping the general subject the same, making the response easier to assess.
Evaluate response relevance separately from novelty
If you can legitimately try an interactive guide, judge whether its answer addresses the information you supplied. A different-looking response is not necessarily a useful one. Suppose you ask for introductory material with a written explanation rather than a video. Check whether the answer respects both requirements and identifies missing information. Describe only what happened in that interaction. One suitable answer supports a narrow observation; it should not become a claim that every question will receive equally reliable treatment.
Use precise language in your conclusion
You might conclude that a page contains a prepared conversation illustrating tutorial discovery, or that you tried one variation and observed a relevant response. Those statements describe different evidence. Keep the distinction visible when comparing products or writing a review. If you cannot tell how an example was produced, say that its status is unclear and identify the clarification you need. The practical goal is to evaluate the demonstrated experience without mistaking presentation polish for proof of a broader capability.
